Children under the age of 12 are not permitted at the main lodge and surrounds, UNLESS they are part of a group using the lodge exclusively.

Please note that the closest town in which groceries can be bought is Bela-Bela which is 27km away. The lodge does not sell any groceries.

The nearest fuel station is in Bela-Bela, guests that feel that their fuel is low, should for safety fill up in Warmbaths.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation and we request that the deposit slip is faxed to us, the balance is payable along with any extras when departing from the lodge unless other arrangements have been made.

When cancelling a reservation an administration fee of at least 25% will be charged with further cancellation costs incurred determined by time of notice given.
Warning: Visitors driving to the farm must be prepared to drive 19km of dirt road to reach the lodge. Some areas of this road may not be suitable for low-profile / sport vehicles. Any visitors driving in cars should drive slowly and with caution to ensure a safe and trouble-free journey.
